Return & Refund Policy

We work hard to make your custom items perfect. Since our products are custom-made, the following applies:

❌ No Returns for Custom Products

We do not accept returns for:

• Personalized/custom printed items (e.g., T-shirts with your design, mugs with names, etc.)

• Items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer

✅ Eligible for Refund/Replacement

• Defective products (misprints, wrong item)

• Damaged in transit

• Wrong design sent (not as per your approved order)

📩 To Claim a Refund or Replacement

Email us at Kampany.kd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will respond within 1–3 business days.

💳 Refund Method

• If refunds are approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Alternatively, you may choose a replacement.

• Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
